Are you a calm, compassionate, and proactive person who loves making a difference? We’re on the lookout for an Additional Needs Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic school near King’s Lynn, Norfolk.
In this role, you’ll be supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs (including social, emotional, and behavioural challenges) helping them to feel safe, thrive in the classroom, and grow in confidence. It’s about more than just education; it’s about building trust, making pupils feel valued, and creating an environment where everyone can shine. Role Details:- Location: King’s Lynn, Norfolk
- Hours: Monday – Friday (08:30am – 3.30pm)
- Salary: £13.80 – £15/hour (includes 12.07% holiday pay)
- Contract: Temp to Perm

- English and Maths at GCSE Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent)
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection (or willingness to learn)
- Experience with additional needs or challenging behaviours is a big bonus
