Purobuild have partnered with a leading, energy and sustainable design consultancy. This award-winning consultancy is looking for a Building Physics Engineer to join their established team in Leeds. The successful candidate must have relevant experience within a consultancy-based position and be confident communicating with members of the design/engineering teams and liaising with clients on project matters. The Building Physics Engineer will join a growing team working on some high-spec, complex projects across a range of sectors.
Building Physics Engineer requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Building Physics role
- Proficient using IES VE software and undertaking energy analysis
- Experience with Part L calculations
- Experience in operational Energy modelling (TM54 etc)
- Experience undertaking overheating analysis TM52, TM59 and daylight assessments
- Experienced in IES for detailed energy modelling
- CIBSE certification Low Carbon Consultant (LCC) / Low Carbon Energy Assessor (LCEA) desired
