About the Role:
We are seeking an Account Director to join our passionate Account Management team for a period of 9 months. You will report to the Head of Account Management. The ideal candidate will have confidence and enthusiasm, working across a portfolio of clients and with the Senior Leadership team to increase agency business.
As an Account Director, you’ll be required to work in a fast-paced environment with confidence and enthusiasm, managing a portfolio of clients.
- Client Servicing
- Act as an account director with senior responsibility for a portfolio of musicals, plays, and other live events/projects.
- Lead planning and strategy, collaborating with other departments.
- Maintain involvement with accounts to ensure competent and creative planning, high-quality service, and strong client/agency relationships.
- Be proactive in campaigns; develop initiatives and ideas with the account team to deliver innovative and results-driven campaigns.
- Take ultimate responsibility for campaign budgets, billing, and profitability.
- Promote business expansion with existing clients and generate new industry leads.
- Plan and staff pitches effectively, managing timelines and expectations collaboratively across the agency.
- Provide leadership within the account team, ensuring effective communication.
- Support and guide team members facing challenges.
- Foster a culture of trust, openness, and continuous learning.
- Encourage team members to seek new challenges and opportunities.
