We are seeking a dynamic colleague to join our vibrant and successful school as the Subject Leader of Religious Education & Social Studies, starting in Autumn term 2025. At Hampstead School, you will work with a collaborative, innovative, and supportive department. Social Sciences are highly popular at KS3, 4, and 5. Our diverse curriculum leads to high uptake and excellent GCSE and A level results, with many students progressing to university.

At KS3, students can also study Social Studies, exploring political, psychological, sociological, and religious topics to help contextualize the world and build foundational knowledge. We seek a candidate passionate about Religious Education, reflective in their practice, and committed to ensuring every student's achievement. You will have opportunities to develop as a middle leader, lead curriculum development, and provide students with enriching experiences beyond the classroom.
