General Description: As a Technical Engineer at Argenbright Security Europe LTD, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering bespoke integrated security solutions. Your expertise will be central to our mission of providing results-driven outcomes and maintaining our reputation as leaders in security risk modeling and management. Due to the systems used in the role experience with Genetec and Lenel systems is essential. Key Responsibilities: Commissioning and installation of CCTV and access control systems both remotely and onsite. Test, program, and commission new technical security devices and inspect installations for quality assurance. Manage maintenance of installed technical devices and systems with assistance from systems integrators and other onsite engineers Maintain and ensure high-quality project documentation and communication. Assisting Project Managers and Engineers in delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service. Effectively communicating with clients, the Project Management Team, and internal stakeholders. Executing site installations according to specifications and plans while addressing any deviations promptly. Completing and delivering all relevant paperwork to the Project Management Team immediately after job completion. Addressing client queries in a timely manner and providing leadership. Supporting company policies and best practices in security and the protection of sensitive customer information. Reporting security events or potential risks to the organization. Knowledge and Skills Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in installation and commissioning of CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems. Demonstrated experience with Genetec and Lenel systems is essential. Certifications in Genetec and Lenel are beneficial but not mandatory. Comprehensive knowledge of Network/IP-based products. Full knowledge of Access and CCTV systems Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. PC literate and adaptable in a continually changing environment.
