6-Month Contract Opportunity – Trade Finance Solicitor (3+ PQE) | London | Immediate Start

Accuflex is hiring on behalf of an international body backed by multiple countries that funds trade, infrastructure, and economic development across emerging markets. We are seeking a 3+ PQE solicitor for a 6-month contract to support the execution of innovative trade and supply chain finance products.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Structuring and executing complex trade finance and supply chain deals
  • Drafting and negotiating legal documentation across jurisdictions
  • Advising on legal and commercial aspects of product development in emerging markets
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive delivery of strategic finance initiatives

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years’ PQE with strong experience in trade finance
  • Ability to structure and document cross-border finance transactions
  • Exposure to development finance, emerging markets, or multilateral institutions is a distinct advantage
