Are you reliable, safety-conscious, and experienced in high-level cleaning? We’re looking for a dedicated Fabric Technician to join our growing team! This role includes minor repair work and involves traveling to multiple sites across the South Coast. A full UK driving licence is essential – Van provided.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform maintenance across 3 sites, looking after the commercial buildings, responding to PPM’s
- Barrier matting – look to see if there is any way we can deep clean in hours (normally you can remove them and clean them but this would need to be OOH so they could dry)
- Internal & external painting including pillars
- Fabric- chiller bumpers, wires, dividers, coffin ticket stripping etc.
- Inner section of auto doors clean or as discussed frosting film where areas cannot be accessed
- Travel between multiple locations (van provided)
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in high-level cleaning (using access equipment, ladders, etc.)
- Basic maintenance/handyman skills
- Access to your own basic hand tools
- A Full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a professional attitude
- Must be comfortable working at height
