Your mission is to empower individuals with our luxurious, edgy YSL products in Cosmetics, Fragrance, and Skincare, in the most subversive Parisian brand. Inspiring your team to immerse your customers in memorable and genuine face-to-face store experiences, developing personal connections to build trust and loyalty. Responsibilities:

  • You will ooze passion for Cosmetics, Skincare, Fragrance, and delivering exceptional service, with proven success at coaching and inspiring your teams to drive business results.
  • You love keeping up to date with the latest cosmetics and skincare trends and applications.
  • Our teams are passionate for cross-category selling across our iconic products, such as the famous Touché Eclat and Black Opium Fragrance, by sharing key benefits and features of our luxury products.
  • You are a real people person and love meeting new people, thriving in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • As a YSL brand ambassador, you will lead by example to your Beauty Advisors, demonstrating empathy, agility, and resilience, whilst developing positive relationships with your wider retailer teams.
  • You will proactively approach customers in a warm and friendly manner to provide a world-class customer experience, introducing our avant-garde colours and breakthrough formulas!
  • You will demonstrate excellent business acumen, including sales analysis and inventory management, ensuring we have the opportunity to drive our key icon products, ready for our customers to fill their makeup bags with!
  • You will be self-driven and can motivate yourself to deliver on individual sales targets, occasionally being the sole ambassador for your team.
  • Your induction will consist of regular training with your Area Manager, Education Mentor, and Peers.
  • You will attend quarterly team trainings where you will have an intro to all new launches, application techniques, and get to play with all our new iconic products!
  • You will have access to E-Learning modules where you can develop yourself; we will support your development with a best-in-the-business experience.
  • The future is yours! We will support your progression leading into a Business or Area Manager.
