Join a Global Coaching Community. Our client is looking for a skilled freelance Career Coach to join their expanding coaching community within an EdTech setting. In this role, you will provide guidance and support to learners at various stages of their career journey, working with individuals enrolled in postgraduate courses at internationally recognized universities and institutions. Your goal will be to help them achieve their career objectives and develop key skills for the future of work.

What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like (Responsibilities & Structure of this Role)
- Deliver innovative and engaging career coaching sessions to support learners in maximizing their career opportunities, including:
- One-to-one coaching on individual career planning, development, and job search strategies
- Group coaching on skills development, career, and personal development
- Team coaching focused on developing effective and cohesive teamwork
Requirements What You'll Need to Succeed (Personal Attributes & Experience Requirements)
- Reliable internet connection and your own laptop with video and audio/mic capabilities for online sessions
- Extensive experience as a career coach with a proven track record coaching professionals at all levels to start, change, and advance their careers
- Experience delivering innovative, engaging career development models and frameworks through various formats, including one-to-one, group, and team coaching, as well as workshops (online and face-to-face) and content delivery
- Experience coaching professionals to advance their careers in the digital skills industry; recruitment and/or outplacement experience is highly desirable
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information responsibly
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and foster strong coaching relationships
- Flexibility to deliver coaching remotely to clients worldwide
- Empathic, curious, and motivational approach to ensure clients have an exceptional experience throughout their career transition
Qualifications
- Recognized coaching qualification (ICF ACC or higher, COMENSA, or EMCC accreditation) is advantageous
- Minimum of 2 years of dedicated career coaching experience, not embedded within other roles such as HR or management
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and regular coach supervision
- Experience with psychometric tools in coaching is highly desirable
Benefits
As a freelance coach, you will be paid hourly for coaching sessions and attendance at monthly meetings and check-ins. You will have dedicated coachees assigned to you and can manage your schedule flexibly via our CRM system.
