We are working with a multinational law firm, headquartered in London, known for its diverse range of practice areas and expertise in energy, technology and real estate. The firm serves a variety of clients from global corporations, government agencies and UHNWI. The firm's distinguishing feature is its emphasis on technology and innovation.
Our client has a dedicated Civil Fraud practice and is routinely instructed on complex fraud cases across various sectors. The team is recognised for its expertise in investigating and litigating issues related to fraud, including asset recovery, regulatory investigations and distressed situations. The team has particular expertise in dealing with high value enforcement actions as well as freezing orders and other types of injunctive relief.
The firm is looking for an experienced Civil Fraud Solicitor to join the very busy practice, focusing on providing well-rounded advice to clients that addresses both the legal and practical implications of fraud-related issues.
