Our client is a fast-growing provider of high-quality, professionally managed rental homes in the UK. As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting digital campaigns, maintaining property portal listings, coordinating branded items and events, and collaborating across departments to deliver standout marketing that speaks to their mission. You will need to have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with executives and peers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with website updates, email campaigns, and SEO support.
- Reviewing and updating property listings on platforms like Rightmove and Zoopla.
- Managing marketing admin – processing POs, handling inbox queries, and site planning.
- Coordinating branded materials, tenant gifts, and event logistics.
- Supporting social media efforts with an external agency.
- Collaborating across departments including Lettings, Property Management, and PR.
