Role Overview
Advocate is an entry-level volunteer position ideal for those passionate about making a difference. Responsibilities include:
- Serving as an ambassador to raise awareness about global poverty and ways to help.
- Managing and implementing fundraising campaigns.
- Representing The Borgen Project at local events and engaging the community.
- Contacting government leaders to support poverty-reduction initiatives.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation).
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks.
