The Role
Working as part of our Bright Flex / Bank team, you can blend the convenience of bank/ agency work, with the security and benefits of being an employee β giving you the best of both worlds! Within this role, you will work as part of a team to look after babies and children up to the age of 5. You will have adventures through interactive play, reading, and activities to encourage curious minds β supporting colleagues with each childβs development towards their key milestones.
What weβre looking for:
- Previous experience working with children ideal but not essential β Nursery Bank Staff, Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
- Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable
