Due to rapid growth, an exciting position has become available for the world’s largest excavator manufacturer. Responsible for the support, management and growth of the SANY brand through the UK and Irish dealer network, this role is an opportunity to be part of something very special at the early stages. Reporting to the Dealer Development Director, the candidate will be responsible for driving growth with our dealer network.
Role:
- Responsible for the growth of SANY brand in UK & Ireland with applicable dealer partners
- Monthly review meetings with Dealers to track progress and implement plans for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for growth and execute sales plans to support.
- Prepare reports and presentations of progress, results, and forecasts.
- Analysis of sales and market data and communicating internally and externally
- Represent SANY at Trade shows and other associations, events, and meetings.
- Support dealers with customer visits and Key Account Management
- Assist marketing manager with targeted marketing plan.
- Liaise with Parts and Service organization to ensure class leading service levels to dealers and customers.
Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience in construction industry
- Construction equipment or industrial product industry experience
- Sales experience is a must, with a proven track record.
- Entrepreneurial & sales driven with a very dynamic “can do” attitude.
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- Existing relationships with rental/construction companies will be a distinct advantage
- Willingness to travel across the UK with regular overnight stays and occasional visit to China and overseas.
