Insurance Quality Assurance Manager We are looking for an experienced insurance professional to join our team of Quality Assurance Managers. Are you someone who thrives within an enthusiastic & collaborative team? Do you have a keen eye for detail and experience within the insurance industry? Do you love to get out into the business and grow professional relationships? If so, this could be the role for you! Responsibilities: Undertake quality monitoring reviews throughout the Specialty division, reporting findings to stakeholders. Identify themes and learning outcomes from reviews, providing root cause analysis and training to staff. Identify solutions and deliver findings to business areas quarterly. Review internal processes to ensure FCA compliance and adherence to company standards. Ensure implementation of audit findings and update monitoring systems accordingly. Monitor and report on adherence to customer and regulatory requirements, including breach logging and complaint handling. Participate in projects such as training and process development. Provide MI reporting to the wider operations team and business areas. Essential Experience & Attributes: Significant experience within the insurance broking industry or supported by professional qualifications. Strong report writing, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office tools. Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills. Attention to detail and a self-motivated attitude. Desirable Experience & Attributes: Good academic record and professional insurance qualifications. Experience in assurance monitoring roles within brokers or insurers. Knowledge of FCA GI regulation, GDPR, IDD, and risk management principles. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
