Base Pay Range

Are you a Multi Trade Operative based in Ellesmere Port and surrounding areas? Looking to earn £34,067.00 per year, working 40 hours per week? Please note, you may be required to work further afield as the contract demands. All travel times will be considered part of your working hours.

Your Role

Responsibilities include first and second fix plumbing, repairing and renewing ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, flooring, doors, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipework, plastering, shower tray installation, wall tiling, bathroom suite installation, painting, and radiator installation.

Requirements

• Completed a recognized Apprenticeship with NVQ Level 2 or 3.
• Experience as a Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber, including wet rooms and disabled adaptations.
• Competent in joinery and plumbing disciplines; plastering is desirable.
• Ability to perform multi-skilled trades, preferably with experience in social housing environments.
• Driving license is essential.
• Hold a CSCS card, asbestos awareness, and own tools.
