Maintenance Supervisor Duties:
- Managing a team of Maintenance Engineers
- Being hands on with maintaining the heavy industrial plant machinery
- Hands on maintenance of food processing machinery
- Working alongside the Engineering Manager
- Managing workflow and capacity of the team resource
- Continuous improvement projects
- Fault finding & diagnostics
- Reactive & PPM maintenance
Maintenance Supervisor Experience:
- Maintenance on machinery used within food manufacturing industry
- Work well within a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing and production environment
- Leadership within a fast-paced environment
- Motivating & team building
- Mechanical or electrical qualifications
- Great communication skills
- Heavy industrial plant machinery maintenance
- Waste management experience would be ideal
- Heavy industrial or fast-paced manufacturing experience
