Honeycomb is delighted to be working with a highly respected, long-established legal firm to recruit a professional and personable Receptionist for their busy Belfast office.
This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth, professional operation of the firm's busy front-of-house. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing a fast-paced switchboard and delivering a warm, polished welcome to all.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting clients and visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional experience
- Handling a high-volume switchboard and directing calls promptly and accurately
- Managing meeting room bookings and maintaining the daily schedule
- Preparing meeting rooms, including setup and post-meeting tidy-up
- Managing stationery stock and placing orders as required
- Providing general administrative support to keep front-of-house running efficiently
- Salary: £23,000 - £24,500 (dependent on experience)
- Full-time, permanent role (Monday to Friday)
- Attractive holiday entitlement
