Due to ongoing team development, Specialist Group is in search of a Spray Person to join our team.

Key Requirements:

  • Responsible for preparing parts and assemblies for painting.
  • Mix paint and other materials according to specifications or formulas.
  • Ensure facility and spray painting equipment are in good working condition.
  • Identify and separate non-conforming parts or materials and report them to supervisors.
  • Utilize spray guns and apply paint in conformance with all specifications.
  • Employ heat or oven paint drying techniques for special finishes.
  • Use solvents, wire brushes, and cloths for cleaning sprayers and equipment.
  • Follow company requirements and safety protocols.
  • Responsible for material handling and minor maintenance tasks.
  • Willingness to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as required.
