Are you an experienced Electrical installation lecturer looking for a new opportunity? We are recruiting for a part-time Lecturer in Electrical Installations to join a reputable institution in Bromley, teaching learners across all attendance modes and levels, from Level 1 up to Level 3, including apprenticeships., As a skilled Electrical Installations Lecturer, you will be required to teach the following types of programmes:

  • 16-18-year-old Study Programmes

  • 19+ learners on Study Programmes

  • Apprenticeships

You will provide an excellent learning experience to ensure learners gain the appropriate skills in readiness for further study, employment, or apprenticeships.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A recognised Electrical Installation qualification or equivalent, or a minimum of 5 years of industrial experience.

  • A full teaching qualification or be actively working towards one.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire learners.

  • Strong organisational skills, good IT knowledge, and sound administration skills.

  • Annual leave of 21.5 days pro rata (43 days full-time equivalent), excluding bank holidays.

  • Up to 3 efficiency closure days during Christmas and 2 additional college closure days.

  • Leave for volunteering (pro rata for part-time staff).
