They are now looking for a Health, Safety and Compliance Manager to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As the Health, Safety and Compliance Manager, you will drive our client's workplace protection initiatives, fostering a culture of well-being across the organisation. Ensuring sites stay safe and compliant, you will develop and manage health and safety policies, keeping them aligned with best practices and legal requirements. You'll also monitor performance, identify risks, and drive improvements to uphold a secure working environment. Additionally, you will deliver essential training programmes for employees, covering everything from manual handling to PPE and DSE assessments, ensuring everyone meets health and safety regulations.
Additionally, You Will
- Lead initiatives to enhance health, safety, and compliance functions
- Manage risk assessments, site inspections, and incident investigations
- Oversee property compliance, ensuring all legal and statutory obligations are met
- Manage relevant contracts and relationships across property management functions
About You
To be considered as a Health, Safety and Compliance Manager, you will need:
- Experience in the application of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and other relevant legislation
- Experience delivering high-performing, people-focused, cost-effective health and safety solutions
- Strong technical, regulatory, and legal knowledge of health and safety
- Familiarity with housing safety standards and regulation
- The ability to prepare and present written and verbal reports
- A graduate or professional qualification/membership in health and safety (e.g., British Safety Council Level 6, NEBOSH National Diploma, NCRQ Level 6 Diploma)
- A full, valid licence and a vehicle insured for business use
