About Your Role The Stock Operations Manager is responsible for operational excellence in stock management. You will oversee processes such as deliveries, stockroom standards, and administrative tasks, ensuring high standards and efficiency. Your role includes motivating the team, managing stock levels, liaising with store partners, and implementing brand processes to enhance customer experience and minimize losses. Key Responsibilities Drive operational success and team KPI achievement. Protect profit by managing stock levels and identifying slow-moving stock. Manage stock assistants and delegate tasks effectively. Communicate with leadership to support store operations and customer experience. Ensure timely and accurate processing of deliveries and stock adjustments. Monitor and control stock levels, including testers and out-of-stock items.
