We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a consultancy as they build out a multi-million pound project for a Public Sector organisation. Itβs an opportunity to get involved as the programme commences, shaping its long-term success.
The role requires site presence in Telford (Shropshire) 2 days per week initially, with potential flexibility over time. Candidates must be eligible for SC level security clearance. Experience in data-centric projects would be highly beneficial.
The Role
- Leading/supporting the Business Analysis phase, analyzing complex problems, designing processes and applications.
- Establish and analyze key processes, their architecture, and operational procedures.
- Lead reviews and define the Target Operating Model (TOM).
- Engage with key stakeholders to capture requirements.
- Translate requirements into stories for developers and ensure design fits business needs.
- Support User Acceptance Testing and recommend improvements.
The Person
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst on complex, high-value programmes.
- Experience with human/user-centered design frameworks.
- Involvement in data-focused projects/applications.
- Business process modeling / UML skills.
- Experience in Agile environments.
- Background or exposure to Public Sector/Government projects (preferred).
- Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile Scrum Master, ITIL 4 Foundation (preferred).
The role offers circa Β£65-75k, with initial presence in Telford 2 days/week, increasing flexibility over time.
