Digital Project Management (m/f/d) based in Farnborough (UK) International Permanent Full-time rpc – The Retail Performance Company is a consulting firm specializing in customer-oriented transformation, from strategy and customer experience design to data analytics, people empowerment, and performance management. Our mission is to support clients with holistic solutions from strategy to implementation, creating inspiring customer experiences that foster sustainable, value-adding relationships between brands and end customers. Founded in 2013 as a joint venture between the BMW Group and H&Z Unternehmensberatung AG, rpc operates in ten countries with over 400 employees. Your Tasks Omnichannel Business Development: Develop and support initiatives to increase sales through online channels. Identify and implement initiatives to enhance the performance of omnichannel sales teams. Project Management: Manage end-to-end projects supporting digital sales platforms, processes, and tools. Collaborate with Sales & Finance to develop new initiatives aligned with business needs. Stakeholder Management: Provide dynamic project management and stakeholder alignment, ensuring clear communication and escalation when necessary. Strategy Development: Support the design and planning of new sales models from short to long-term perspectives, working with client project managers. Manage relationships with third-party development agencies. Coordination and Alignment: Regularly engage with key Marketing, Sales, and Financial Services stakeholders to discuss performance, initiatives, and support topics. Attend meetings with development agencies to confirm and prioritize requirements. This role is a hybrid position requiring at least 2 days per week in the Farnborough office. Your Profile 5+ years of experience in business development, particularly in B2B and B2C sales within the consumer industry, project management, and coordination. Bachelor\’s degree in business or a related field preferred. Language skills: English (native level, C2). Valid driving license required. Questions?
