Customer Service Advisor – 12 month fixed term contract Our clients based close to Fareham have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will act as a brand ambassador for our clients and deliver effective customer service, ensuring that all customer questions are answered quickly and efficiently. Responsibilities: * Administer all aspects of the order process management flow * Communicate with customers concerning quotations, sales orders, deliveries, invoicing, warranty and all other after sales requirements * Enter inter-company purchase and sales orders/credits on to SAP. * Respond to all phone enquiries * Monitor and manage queries to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner, escalating to the Customer Service Manager as appropriate * Work with the internal and external sales team and other key company stakeholders to foster positive customer service behaviours and increase collaboration to maintain and improve customer service levels * Liaise with business teams to keep customers informed about progress * Work within agreed management processes and comply to quality standards, proactively identifying any opportunities for process improvements * Organise transport concerning deliverables * Contribute to reporting using the sales order report that enables information to be communicated to customers * Raise picklists so spares and units are distributed to meet customer delivery dates. Liaise with the specified company to arrange deliveries to customers. * Advise Customer Service Manager of any trends identified through the assessment of inbound queries * Undertake additional tasks as required by the Customer Service Manager. Skills & experience required: * Good communication skills * Familiar with a CRM system – SAP would be desired * Experience in a front-line customer services environment with a passion for customer service Working hours: Monday – Friday 08:30am – 4:30pm Friday 08:00pm – 1:30pm
