In this dual-role, you will be a key point of contact for patients both face-to-face and over the phone, ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk and behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcoming patients and visitors at reception with professionalism and warmth
- Handling incoming calls, directing queries, and triaging appropriately
- Scheduling and managing appointments using EMIS
- Supporting administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and document management
