We are looking for a dedicated Mobile Public Area Cleaning Operative to join our fun team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to maintain all cleaning public toilets, equipment and areas in a clean, well-maintained, and safe condition, adhering to our Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will gain a comprehensive understanding of your designated cleaning area, including optimal hours for cleaning tasks and the specific cleaning equipment and chemicals used on-site, while complying with Health and Safety regulations.
Working Hours: As a Cover Cleaning operator, you will work flexible hours. They could be split from 3 to 8-hour shifts, some days, some nights, and some weekends to provide coverage for absences within our team. Your availability for morning, daytime, or evening shifts is essential.
Training And Collaboration: To succeed in this role, you will need to complete all necessary cleaning and operational training independently. Team collaboration is crucial, but you should also be comfortable working independently when needed.
Customer Service: Building strong, positive relationships with our clients is a key aspect of this role. You will be expected to deliver outstanding customer service while actively looking for ways to improve and exceed our clients' expectations.

In your new role as a Cleaner, you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs. Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements. You will need to undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role. You will be required to work within a team and can work under your own initiative. You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
