I\’m hiring for an Agency Sales Account Manager at a global start-up AdTech platform, which is taking creative online advertising to the next level. They are a creative tech layer focused on engaging consumers through interactive creative ads and conversational elements, ensuring people pay more attention to ads rather than scrolling past.

They enable advertisers to provoke conversation, engagement, and interaction within display ads, especially in an era where connecting with consumers creatively and respecting privacy is crucial.

Key points:

• Seeking an AdTech/Media Sales professional with a network across digital marketing agencies.
• Preferably from Publicis & Omnicom networks, but open to candidates with strong networks and a proven sales record interested in their business.
• Working with major agencies and deals with well-known AdTech platforms and media owners.
• Offering an excellent commission structure with no individual targets due to a profit-sharing scheme, likely earning £20K+ in commissions in Q4 alone, with potential to double your salary within a year.
