Quality Manager Enfield £45,000 – £50,000 depending on experience We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join an established and reputable manufacturing business in Enfield. The business manufacturer into the Defence, Aerospace and Automotive sectors. As the Quality Manager you will be tasked with ensuring all quality requirements are met at all stages of production. Managing a small quality team of 4, you will ensure the smooth running of the Quality Department. Quality Manager Job Responsibility Ensure all inspection procedures and all moulded products conform to customer specifications Ensure that quality requirements are met at each stage of the production process from APQP to Final Approval. Generate PPAP reports to Levels 1,2 and 3, Cap studies and ISIR’s. Develop various test methods in accordance with customer requirements. Set out training programs, train and develop all Quality personnel under your control. Interface with all component suppliers to ensure that all components conform to control plans laid down by PEP.
