Valley Fitness in Manteca is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk team member to join our vibrant gym community. This role offers a competitive salary of $16 per hour and involves being the welcoming face of our facility, greeting members with a smile, and ensuring a seamless check-in process. You will play a key role in creating a positive experience for all visitors, helping them feel motivated and supported in their fitness journey. We are hiring at locations in Stockton and Manteca!

Responsibilities

1. Greet and assist members and guests as they enter the facility
2. Manage check-in process and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
3. Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing information and addressing inquiries
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
5. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
• Strong administrative experience
• Ability to work with customer databases

Compensation: $16 hourly
