We are looking for a rock-star Global SDR Manager (player / manager) to supercharge our clients SDR team. Our client is experiencing massive growth and need someone to build and lead a world-class team. This is a seriously important role and we\’re moving fast to find the right person!

• SaaS sales & SDR team management experience
• Proven ability to build high-performing SDR teams (ideally globally)
• An excellent coach
• Strong analytical skills for KPI performance management

What are you going to do?

• Build and manage a global SDR team
• Build processes, playbooks and strategies to ensure best practice
• Be hands on in building a pipeline of opportunities
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies
• Collaborate with marketing and sales
• Track progress towards goals
