The Opportunity: As Director of Architecture, you will join the senior leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic, design, and operational direction of the practice. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams on high-profile projects, oversee client relationships, contribute to business development, and mentor emerging talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of large-scale, complex projects across multiple sectors
- Act as a key client liaison, ensuring high standards of service and delivery
- Provide strategic input into business growth, resourcing, and project pipeline
- Manage and mentor senior architects, associates, and design teams
