Offshore Wind Contract Type: Two-year fixed-term contract

Salary Range: Up to £175,000

Location: London

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, recommend, and optimize offshore installation, logistics concepts, and procedures before and during installation.
  • Prepare technical invitation-to-tender documents.
  • Collaborate with Package and Contract managers to tender, negotiate, and recommend installation contracts, including MWS.
  • Manage offshore installation contractors and MWS, ensuring cross-disciplinary cooperation within the project team.
  • Review contractor method statements and risk assessments to ensure compliance and safety.
  • Establish and implement HAZID/HAZOP processes for installation design and offshore operations.
  • Provide progress reports to Project Manager on all contracts, highlighting significant technical risks and developing contingency plans.
  • Supervise trialing, tool development, vessel setup, and loading activities.
  • Oversee the initiation of offshore installation campaigns.
  • Manage Client’s Representatives and oversee QA Daily Progress Reports.
  • Create, monitor, and control the execution of Design Quality reports and align input from supplier quality teams.
  • Manage product NCRs and review supplier method statements and documentation during the execution phase.
