Research Manager – Education Policy, London
We are working with a highly respected research consultancy that assists partners across the public, private, and charity sectors. They are a full-service, mixed methods agency seeking to hire a Research Manager with experience in UK Education policy.
Areas of Focus:
- Education, Learning and Skills: employer research, apprenticeships, school research, and local government initiatives
- Higher Education: government department policy research, evaluation, and student research
This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, addressing issues such as teacher workloads, pupil mental health, and employment options for higher education students.
The Role:
- Full-service research role with a balance of quantitative and qualitative methods
- Designing questionnaires, conducting focus groups and interviews
- Data analysis experience
- Overseeing project management and timelines across multiple projects
- Experience in evaluations is a plus
- Managing Research Executives
Candidates with experience in education policy research at agencies like DfE are preferred. Evaluation experience is an additional advantage.

Salary and Benefits:
