Hybrid working (2 days in London office, 3 days WFH)

Talentedge is partnering with a high-growth FinTech business to find a Treasury Lead for a newly created role, working directly with the CFO.

This position offers a data-driven, commercially focused environment with regular interaction with C Suite executives. Key responsibilities include:

Key responsibilities:

1. Utilize technology and FinTech partners to develop automated processes and controls, streamlining operations.
2. Oversee daily treasury functions, including all treasury movements.
3. Manage hedging strategies to mitigate financial risks and foreign exchange exposure.
4. Forecast and manage cash flow positions.
5. Invest excess liquidity appropriately.
6. Handle company-wide banking and third-party relationships.
7. Collaborate with Operational and Strategic Finance, Product, Engineering teams, C Suite, and Board members.
8. Mentor and lead the Treasury team.

Profile:

• Qualified accountant or treasurer (ACT) with a strong academic background.
• Experience managing client money or funds.
• Background in high-volume transactional environments, preferably within financial services or FinTech.
• Strong financial modelling skills and familiarity with BI and data visualization tools.
• Project management experience in designing and implementing automated processes and controls.
• Effective business partner capable of advising, challenging, and influencing stakeholders.
