The pensions practice has achieved significant success in recent years, securing new mandates and expanding into various sectors. Clients are high-profile, and the work is of excellent quality and high visibility.
The team provides comprehensive services, advising on both defined benefit and contribution schemes. Key expertise areas include: de-risking and bulk annuities, scheme governance & compliance, benefit design and restructuring, as well as transactional support for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations.
To support growth and bridge the gap between partners and associates, the team aims to hire a Legal Director-level candidate.
