Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to design compelling visuals that align with brand identity and business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and XD).
2. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
3. Experience with typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
4. Knowledge of design for both digital and print media.
5. Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Familiarity with additional tools such as Figma, Canva, or Sketch.
2. Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design.
3. Knowledge of web design principles, including HTML/CSS basics.
4. Previous experience in a similar role within an agency or in-house team.
5. Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
