Lounges are unique places, and what makes them special are the talented people who run them — and you\’ll be one of them. As a Front of House Team Member, you\’re naturally welcoming and make customers feel comfortable.

You can read each customer\’s needs, whether they\’re seeking a quiet coffee or celebrating a group birthday with cocktails, tapas, and good times. You will adapt your approach to suit each guest. Working closely with management and the team, you\’ll deliver 14 great shifts to ensure every customer leaves happy — and they usually do, thanks to your natural skills.
