Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support based on individual care plans
• Promote independence, choice, and respect at all times
• Support with meal preparation, household tasks, and social interaction
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes or concerns
• Work flexibly and travel within the community

What Were Looking For

• Empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to work alone or as part of a team
• Understanding of safeguarding and safe working practices
• Good English comprehension and attention to detail
• A willingness to work in diverse home environments

Desirable

• QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care
• Experience supporting people to live independently
• Access to a car with business insurance
