Join our Homecharge Sales team as a Sales Executive. As part of our Pod Point squad, you\’ll play a key role in expanding our business by working closely with dealership partners across the UK, directing customers to our home charging solutions when they purchase Electric Vehicles.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls and sending proactive emails to warm leads.
  • Responding to inbound leads via phone and email.
  • Qualifying customer needs for charging points.
  • Explaining available options to customers.
  • Converting leads into satisfied customers.
  • Supporting the HC Team Leader as needed.

We believe this role suits someone with:

  • At least one year of telesales experience in B2B or B2C, industry not specified.
  • Proficiency with IT and business platforms.
  • Confidence in outbound customer calls.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the EV sector is a plus but not required.
