Our client is a superb award winning Country Hotel in Hampshire who are recruiting a Sous Chef to work in their award winning restaurant. You will be working with the finest, freshest ingredients to produce food of the highest standard to a high level. You will help prepare meals for the restaurant so will just work dinner service during the week so no early shifts. This is an excellent career opportunity to work in a high end venue., * Preparing meals for the restaurant using seasonal produce

  • Running service in Head Chef’s absence

  • Manage kitchen brigade including health & safety, hygiene

  • Opportunity for Career Progression within company

The Person

  • Already a Sous Chef looking for a new challenge in a high level kitchen

  • Experience of working with fresh food to a high standard

  • Capable and able to work unsupervised
