- Deliver impeccable service by taking accurate measurements and ensuring the ideal fit—whether off-the-rack or tailored.
- Share your knowledge of fabrics, fits, and customisation options with confidence.

- Represent the brand with pride, professionalism, and attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year’s experience in tailoring—this is preferable.
- 2+ years working in premium menswear or formalwear retail is desirable.
- A genuine passion for fashion, especially formalwear and suiting.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Solid knowledge of tailoring, fabrics, and garment construction.
- A team player with excellent time management and a client-first mindset.
