The client is a Wealth and Asset Management firm seeking an HR Advisor to provide practical guidance across a busy HR function. This is a generalist role with exposure to all HR departments.

Qualifications and experience:

• HR experience in financial or professional services environment
• Understanding of good HR practices and UK employment law
• CIPD Level 5+ qualified or equivalent

The role involves a hybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities include:

• Advising on employee relations, policies, performance management, absence management, and occupational health
• Supporting family-friendly policies
• Updating HR policies and documentation
• Managing performance, probation, and PIPs
• Reporting HR analytics monthly and quarterly
• Handling benefits, payroll, and pension communications
• Recruitment, onboarding, and inductions
• Assisting with training coordination and records maintenance
• Reviewing and updating HR documentation and intranet pages
• Supporting HR projects and initiatives
• Performing ad-hoc duties as needed
