Our client is looking to recruit a confident and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and team working skills to join an established, lively team. You need to be competent working with Excel, web-based systems, and have motor trade and DMS experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Accountant with month-end and year-end accounts procedures
- Month-end vehicle reconciliations
- Trial Balance, reports, and resolving accounting issues
- Petty cash and bank reconciliations
- Raising cheques, overseeing purchase ledger and sales ledger
- Assisting with other general administrative and ad-hoc tasks
- Providing holiday cover within the centralized accounts function
