Cook - Part-time

Keenan Recruitment has been retained to recruit for a permanent part-time Cook to work within a Private Nursing Home in Saintfield, Co.Down.

Week 1-3: 2 days per week. Week 4: 3 days per week plus holiday / absence cover as and when required.

Hours of work: 08.45am to 5.15pm

Pay: £14 per hour

Job:

• Preparation of meals to the required standard
• Prepare food and cook in a hygienic manner
• Dispose of waste correctly
• Ensure cleaning duties are completed daily according to the cleaning schedule
• To support the Kitchen Assistant with the effective running of the kitchen

Criteria:

• Level 2 and Level 3 qualification in Food Hygiene
• Experience of different levels of of food within a Nursing Home environment
