The predicted salary is between 54000 - 84000 £ per year.
A director level role with major project experience and ability to engage and work collaboratively with a large team of partners and key stakeholders. The lifecycle optimisation director will support the integration director. Due to the strict security requirements, candidates must be a UK National and will need to progress through security clearance and travel to multiple UK based project offices.

Creating a task force approach to deliver on key top issues identified by Integration Directors, inclusive of working with third party suppliers to deliver.

Evolving the future delivery and procurement strategies and shaping to deliver the best approach with focus on shortest timeframe to aid delivery of project.

Creating a culture of continuous improvements within the project team.

Ensuring appropriate trends and changes are raised/acknowledged/approved to support benefit implementation.

Managing of associated project management resource and coordination of project controls interfaces.

Continual improvement of PMB future schedule fidelity, ensuring schedule logic is robust and optimized.

Identifying lifecycle opportunities and any associated risks with tracking & reporting on a monthly basis.

Reporting & presenting at programme level to board, including any changes required to deliver improvements.

Delivering a collaborative drumbeat for cross partner interactions to come together in hub locations.

Confirming yearly workshop plan to deliver optimisation with interactions with all key stakeholders including client.

Experience working in a fast-moving project environment essential.

SQEP trained for nuclear engineering/design/PM roles essential.
