Private Client Lawyer
A new opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Lawyer to join a busy private client department within a friendly and successful law firm in Hertfordshire, near the M25.
The firm
A legal 500 law firm with a well established private client department employing over 20 staff working upon wills, probate, estate administration, tax, trusts, court of protection, power of attorney and contentious probate.
The Role
The Private Client Lawyer will join the private client team and will be tasked with a case load of Private Client files requiring experience in estate administration, LPA\’s, Will drafting and execution, IHT advice, estate administration and probate. Knowledge of inheritance tax and trust will be beneficial but not essential.
The Candidate
The successful Private Client Lawyer will be empathetic, methodical and able to manage a case load, under supervision and be a qualified Chartered Legal Executive or a qualified solicitor with an interest in Probate matters.
Salary dependent upon experience
