Global Tax Graduate

What You’ll Do

In your first two years, you’ll rotate through a mix of tax and people advisory teams. Four of your rotations will focus on tax-centric work, including:

• Helping clients plan and deliver global equity strategies
• Advising on social security obligations across jurisdictions
• Supporting global payroll implementation
• Ensuring tax compliance in all global locations

The other two rotations will build your broader consulting experience, where you might:

• Help design remote work policies
• Use technology to track short-term business visitors
• Conduct research and deliver insights to clients

Across all rotations, you’ll work on real projects, with real clients, from day one.Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from graduates from any discipline, with or on track for a 2.2 or above. You should bring:

• Strong communication and numerical skills
• A proactive, hands-on attitude
• An interest in people, business, and global issues
• The ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• A desire to learn, adapt, and think differently
