Night Warehouse Operative at Watts Farms

Watts Farms is a third-generation family‑run farming business, established in 1952. We are Growers, Packers and Distributors of fresh produce supplying many industries across Kent, London and surrounding areas. We also provide a Home Delivery service, offering freshly picked fruit and vegetables from our own farms in addition to a full range of grocery, dairy, alcohol and household goods.

Role Details

• Posting: Full-time, permanent basis.
• Location: Aylesford.
• Competitive salary: £31,158.32 per annum.
• Pick rate performance bonus included.
• Hours: On a rota basis, any 5 days out of 7 between 17:00 and 03:00, average 48 hours per week.

What will you be doing?

• Picking customer orders in a chilled environment.
• General warehouse housekeeping.
• Stock replenishment.
• Quality checking to ensure the produce that is sent to customers is of the best quality.
• Adopting a clean as you go policy within the Warehouse.
• Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to within the Warehouse.

What skills and experience will you need?

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is an advantage.
• Previous picking experience is an advantage.
• Reliable, ability to work in a team or individually if required.
• Strong communication skills – ability to understand and follow instructions.
