Fluid Commerce is a multi-award-winning ecommerce growth agency located in the heart of Manchester's Northern Quarter. We’re looking for a hands-on PPC superstar to join our growing agency. This role is a brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual ready to take on new challenges, manage a roster of ecommerce clients across different verticals, expand their PPC skillset, and gain insightful exposure into the complementary realms of Paid Social and Paid Amazon Advertising.
As a PPC Executive/Senior, you will work in a team of three under the tutelage of an experienced Head of Search. While your role will focus on supporting the Head of Search, you will also assist the wider PPC Manager and Search Executives.
You will assist in planning and executing marketing strategies for a broad range of clients. You will also help lead accounts, including helping with day-to-day PPC optimisations, monitoring of KPIs and weekly reporting.
Responsibilities- Day to day account management and regular contact with clients
- Inform and contribute to internal processes and service level agreements
- Managing a variety of PPC accounts across e-commerce and lead generation across multiple sectors
- Campaign creation in Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Daily use of analytics platforms to share valuable insight to our clients
- Implementation of multivariate testing to continuously improve ROI and account performance
- Ensuring all paid advertising campaigns adhere to strict budgets and monitor KPIs accordingly
- Monthly and ad-hoc reporting to clients
- Exceed client expectations through being proactive and continually testing and looking for new opportunities to build on current performance
- Keep up to date with the latest developments and trends across PPC
- 2+ Years experience in PPC account management across ecommerce focused accounts (agency or in-house)
- Strong knowledge of Google/Bing Shopping and merchant centre
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Strong communication and comfortable speaking with stakeholders
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a fluid environment
- Good working knowledge of Office programmes, particularly Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
- Experience with face-to-face client meetings
- £22k-£28k salary dependent on experience + bonus
